本案顺应现代低碳坏保的建筑设计趋势，主要从节电、节气、回收三个环节实现环保功能。外墙照明没使用装饰效果电源。室内照明全部为感应式照明避免了大量电力资源的浪费。其外墙材料为可反复回收利用的水泥构件。因此在满足使用功能的基础上为业主节约大量的成本实现了节能减排和贸易双赢的目标。全面推进建筑节能，发展生态低碳经济，加大减排力度是未来经济社会发展的必然趋势。

该项目以现代地域风情为载体来创作具有文化内涵和时尚品味的商业空间。以装饰纹样局部放大为基点，采用点、线、面的构成方式，分别用不同的材料、不同手段、不同的艺术形式，进行了装饰和美化，使人们仿佛生活在艺术殿堂之中，是生活，也是一种艺术享受。

Xinjiang, located at the center of Euro-Asia Continent, and the middle section of the Silk Road, has ever been the convergence place of the eastern and western culture. It consists of plentiful nationalities, and is neighboring to 8 countries. The design prototype of Daqi brewed under such cultural background is originated from the spark appearing after the collision of ancient and mysterious western culture with modern architectural style. Its unique formal characteristics illustrate the design concept of “combining modern commercial space with regional cultural customs” and the modern urban construction principle of “combining humanism with the times”. Passing through the time and space, Daqi has appeared before our eyes in a new artistic form of architectural decoration.

Conforming to the modern trend of low-carbon and environmental-protection architectural design, this case mainly realizes environmental protection from three sections, namely electricity saving, gas saving, and recovery. For external wall lighting, this case does not adopt power supply of decorative effect. For the interior, it adopts inductive lighting, which avoids the wastage of plentiful power resources. The material adopted for external wall is cement member which can be recycled repeatedly. Therefore, based on meeting the service function, this case saves plentiful cost for the owners, and realizes the objectives of energy conservation & emission reduction and double wins in trade. In future economic and social development, it will be an inevitable trend to promote building energy conservation comprehensively, to develop ecological and low-carbon economy, and to strengthen emission reduction.

With modern regional customs as carrier, this project creates a commercial space with cultural connotation and fashionable style. With local enlargement of decoration texture as base point, and by means of point, line and surface formation, this project adopts different materials, means and artistic forms for decoration and beautification, and makes people feel like living in an art palace. This is life, and also a kind of art enjoyment.

Daqi highlights relatively great service performance of the commercial space based on the development of building materials industry, in line with the layout principle of “harmonious and interactive functions, relative gathering of building materials, and concordant shopping environment”, and with existing traffic flow, material flow and information flow as the link. In this case, fashionable shape with brilliant characteristics is adopted for elevation of the building, and it brings new division of the space. The biggest bright spot is the utility of mosaic, namely mosaic and artificial sandstone, by matching with different building materials, are used to create a unique appearance of modern building. The artistic effect is combined with utilization, and is uniform with the rationality of structure. This is the organic combination of western modern mall with Chinese regional culture, and can produce strong visual impact.

The perfect combination of novel design concept with practical function comprehensively shows the integration and exchange of international diversified artistic cultures at modern time. This case is just located at the largest Dimension Stone New District, Hualing International Trade Mall, Xinjiang, and close to a trunk road in urban area. Since being put into operation, it has been well received by owners and plentiful customers.
